For the past two weeks I have been trying to complete my second week of Couck to 5K.
My first attempt was marred by illness, just a bug nothing too serious, but it did stop me from getting out there and this past week has been due to the storms that have been pummelling the country (I’m blaming Bridget for this one).
I have managed to complete the workout but not to any satisfaction due to not being able to get into a routine with it. I know this sounds like excuse after excuse but I am determined to do it without the puffing and panting that accompanied the last two weeks.
So this week I am going to give it another try. As they say third time lucky. Hopefully by this time next week I will be reading a post about how the programme has progressed and how I have improved with it.
