OOTD: I’m a graduate!

I recently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and New Media from the University of Limerick. I had a great day and I am very proud of myself and all of my class who worked incredibly hard for the past four years. But this post is about what I wore for the day and I am in love with it!

PICT0540_Fotor_Fotor_CollageI adore my dress which I got in Retro in Dublin. I love it! It is a very classic cut and reminds me of Audrey Hepburn’s style from the front. The back detail gives it a more modern twist which I love and gives the look a bit of edge.

I paired it with black and red shoes which I picked up in Batemans Footwear in Bandon. They really add a pop of colour to the outfit and go with the 1950s style.

I kept my accessories simple. I wore my silver Links of London bracelet and a white and pearl brooch which I got in High Street Antiques & Jewellers in Bantry.

This is an outfit that can be worn for an occasion due to it’s versatility and elegant style.
