This week has consisted of my graduation from the University of Limerick and I have also ben preparing for interviews. With this in mind I am going to re-do Week 2’s podcast next week as well.
Week 2 is harder than week 1 but it is do-able. The runs increase from 60 seconds to 90 seconds but the recovery sessions also increase from 90 seconds to 2 minutes. It can be difficult to run for this prolonged time but just keep going!
Next week I will hopefully have been able to do the podcast the required three times but for now just keep running.
