Couch to 5k: Week 2

imagesWell guys this week I’m afraid my running has been a bit of  a disaster. I have only been able to complete this weeks podcast twice as I have had a very busy week.

This week has consisted of my graduation from the University of Limerick and I have also ben preparing for interviews. With this in mind I am going to re-do Week 2’s podcast next week as well.

Week 2 is harder than week 1 but it is do-able. The runs increase from 60 seconds to 90 seconds but the recovery sessions also increase from 90 seconds to 2 minutes. It can be difficult to run for this prolonged time but just keep going!

Next week I will hopefully have been able to do the podcast the required three times but for now just keep running.

  1. Congrats on graduating! I’m a proponent of redoing a week if needed- I am currently re-doing week 4 and its still been hard. I’m going to have to force myself to move on to Week 5….We’ll get there- keep running!!
